Adding a search box to the logo left layout

Hi
Could you please advise me, I would like to use the layout I have – Logo Left Layout with the menu on the right, but would like to add a search box into the middle.
How would I go about achieveing this please.
I have mocked up an example – I just need to know how to place the search, the styling, etc I can work out later.
Also, in the top bar, is it possible to move the phone/email over to the right to sit alongside the Facebook button
