Adding blocks inside Accordion blocks and Row blocks

I’m having trouble adding blocks inside BOTH your Accordion block and Row block.

For example, if I’m not inside another block and I want to add a File block between two other blocks (as depicted in image Snap2.jpg), and I hover over the block I get the + button to add the block, just as I would expect. But if I’m inside either an Accordion or Row block, and want to do the same thing, the block top pane sits over the + button (as depicted in image Snap3.jpg). If I get my mouse just right, I can see just a teeny little bit of the top and bottom of the + button, but it’s very difficult to click on. It’s kind of like inside those blocks there’s a z-index issue.

It’s not just a file block inside an accordion or row block. It’s any kind of block, whether it be a file, paragraph, header, etc.)

Snap2.jpg is outside of a block.
Snap3.jpg is inside your accordion block.

Can you take a look at this? I’d greatly appreciate any help you can give.
