Adding Links to Icon Info Box Description

Hi guys. I would like to use the “Ascend: Info Box”on my Writing Services page, but I cannot see how to create a bulleted list with links to my writing samples. So I have left the title and description blank in the info box and added a Page Builder row to include a Visual Editor section under the icon. This looks fine on a desktop, but when viewed in a mobile device, this separates the icons from the descriptions.

How can I add Visual Editor elements to the Info Box description so that the icon and description stay together on a mobile device?
