Adding OG tags for Facebook Posts

When I post links to my blog articles on Facebook, the image FB uses is my main home page image, always. I would like the Facebook post link to show my featured image for the specific blog post. My understanding is that I need to add an og image tag for the post. How do I do this? And do I have to do it for each blog post, or is there a way to tell Facebook where to look for my featured image?
