Adjusting quote text style

Do I control text styles for block quotes in Typography under Theme Settings? If so, which Heading (H1, H2, etc) controls quotes? I know I can change the quote text in the text editor, but I’m not sure how to set the quote style in general.
Do you guys have a listing of which headings affect which parts of the website and posts?
