Admin log out error

hello,

recently i strta to receiv error message when i click log out fomr the admin portal. the error says:

Not Found

The requested URL /xxxxx_xxxxxx/wp-login.php?loggedout=true was not found on this server.

all was working fine till now

please advise

NOTE:
xxxx_xxxxxx is the login name (not showing for security purposes) and i use WP Cerber Security for Custom login URL
