Advanced Button – Anchor link requires 2 touches on iOS mobile Safari

Here’s an example link:
On mobile Safari, on iOS, the 2 links anchor links (in Hero section and half way down the page) require 2 touches to work.
From trying to look this up, I believe it has something to do with the hover effects of the buttons.
Is there any way to fix this?
