Advanced Button w/Icon OR Row Layout w/Icon + Paragraph Link

Hi,
I’m trying to create a relatively simple icon with link which I think is most suited to an advanced button – please see attached image.
I’m having problems utilising Advanced Button to give a particular layout as it doesn’t have size and colour controls for icon. I am wondering if I should be looking to override the icon with CSS (if so how to target?) or utilise a 2 column Row Layout with an icon on one side and a link on the other. The second option appears a little complex for this type of link/icon setup and would require overriding anyway I think as the text hover will be different to site default.
Can you please advise how I should target this button with CSS (if required) as I’d like to use it across various areas of the site?
