Advanced Gallery Block Gutter

Hello,
it appears the gutter (the distance between gallery items) for the Advanced Gallery Block cannot be adjusted for tablet and phone sized screens.
I mean there is an option to do this however it appears to always inherit the desktop gutter size no matter what changes are made to the tablet and phone gutter.
