Agency Starter Template logo can’t be changed?

Hi all,
Thought I’d finally try using Kadence and Kadence Blocks (instead of BB) on a site.
Imported the “Agency” starter template which seemed to work fine. However, in the customiser when I try to replace the template’s logo, the template’s supplied dummy logo remains doggedly visible, and my new one is nowhere to be seen. I’ve even tried just removing the logo so there isn’t any logo, and the dummy one still persists.
Am I missing something?
