All my website content disappeared

Hey guys,
I have just updated my Virtue Premium Theme to the Version: 3.7.5 and after disconnecting from wordpress I realized all the content had disappeared. There is nothing there except for the plugins and themes I have installed, and strangely enough the Categories and Tags. No photos, posts, pages…
I have tried to change the Theme to see if the content appears, but it doesn’t!
Please let me know what can be done.
