Allow fullscreen on youtube video embed in revolution slider

Hi Guys,
On my website – http://www.sandusa.net
I would like to be able to click on the youtube video link and be able to select fullscreen.
Any ideas why this may have been disabled? – Ive already checked my browsers permissions and youtube setting.
Ideally id like to click on the video and it start playing in full screen at the highest possible quality.
