Animation in Kadence blocks (prefers-reduced-motion)

Hi,
Kadence blocks disable animation if it is disabled in Windows. I understand that this is about “prefers-reduced-motion”, but it seems to me that this is wrong. I’ll explain why.
All the major sites I’ve visited (like the slideshow on Amazon) show me animations. It’s disabled in Windows settings though. And this is good. What if I want to see animation on websites, but I don’t want to in Windows?
It would be correct if turning off animations for the Web was in the browsers themselves. Then the user can more accurately customize the animation for themselves. But while there is no such setting in browsers.
It seems to me that it would be more correct to add “prefers-reduced-motion” on/off to the Kadence block settings. Let at least site administrators decide what to do with it. For example, in the slideshow “Testimonials”. My humble opinion…
ps Or maybe there is such a setting and I just didn’t find it?
