Any way to bulk activate Pro extension and Premium addon licenses in Multisite

I can network active three kadence plugins but users have to type the API key one by one in the subfolders or subdomain.
When users have tons of sub sites, it may be annoying.
Any ways like shortpixels, type one line on wp-config.php and all the sub sites active three plugins license.
