arrow at bottom homeslide doesn't work anymore

Hi,
I don’t know since it started but the animated arrow you can see in my homepage *Login to see link doesn’t work anymore. I mean that I click and nothing happens instead of jumping to lower section.
It’s something related to one of your latest updated because I tried to deactivate the plugins that before had caused some inconveniences and arrow issue still happen.
Please, check it.
