Ascend admin settings are different?

Hi – I don’t know why but my settings look different than the tutorials and tips I’m seeing in the forum. I tried to create a new portfolio item, and I see the options aren’t the same as I was expecting. I added a screenshot so you can see. Is there something wrong on my end? (BTW everything has been updated to the latest)
