Ascend Theme and WooCommerce compitibility issue

I have all the latest updates on a new site with php 7.2
Upon activating the child theme V 1.0 I get the following error:
Your theme (Ascend Premium Child Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
Activating the premium v 1.3.2 I get

You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
There is also one bug, if I have Kadience themes installed but not activated, I do not get any update notifications.
