Ascend – Topbar Changes

Hello,
I designed a site using Virtue Premium and the topbar looks exactly the way I want (*Login to see link
I then designed a similar using Ascend Premium (*Login to see link I’d like the topbar in my Ascend website to look exactly the way it looks on my Virtue site (different cart icon, not all capitals, and the dollar amount in the cart showing rather than number of items). How do I do this – I thought I checked all the theme settings but I might have missed something.
