Auto-upload content to a page?

Hello,
I need help with one issue, let me try to describe:
In addition to other content, I have little photo-blurbs on my homepage that link to tours: http://www.johngrahamtours.com/
Then I have another page, http://www.johngrahamtours.com/tours that basically needs to contain the same blurbs from the homepage. This is because sometimes people land on the homepage while other times they land on the …/tours page.
My question:
How to update on or other of these pages and have that content automatically spawned to the other?
