I’ve spent hours over several occasions trying to figure how to get a simple background image to show up properly on a row.

1. I go to edit row / design and enter the 2000 x 1200 image (as instructed). I make it Paralax.
2. The image invariably shows as split: bottom at top/top at bottom (like the image is too low or too high). Or else totally focused on the bottom of the image only. I can never get the paralax screen to show where I want it.
3. I have spent hours in trial and error changes of padding and margins, and I have found no way to adjust the actual placement of the image so that I can see the part of the picture I want to see. None of the buttons allows me to place the focus on the image where I want it.
4. I’ve tried as many settings as I can find on both the Row Styles and Cell Styles tabs, and nothing works.

Not impressed at all with the usability of this feature.
