Background Image Setting

I am stumped. I have two websites that should look exactly the same with different content. I cloned one and then made adjustments. Everything is replicated perfectly except one background image and I can’t figure out how to fix it.

It’s just below the Secondary Menu that the background image is not lined up correctly. Can you figure out what setting I need to adjust?
