Big table of events

I’m setting up an Ascend site about a weekend conference, with numerous events scheduled over three days. I’m baffled as to how to do this.
I’m assuming that if I put it all in a table it would be really tedious to set up, and it would be ridiculously small on a phone.
I’m considering installing a calendar app, but then that might be odd since the event is only for three days, and I imagine most/all calendars are set up to display an entire year.
Might you have a suggestion for the best way to display this big table of events?
