Blog Post Read More not working

Hi,
I have being trying to get the Read more to go to the post but it doesn’t seem to want to work.
I have removed the blog from the Settings-Reading page.

I have gone through the Theme settings on the Blog tab and just can’t find out where the issue is.
I have also reset the permalinks.
Can you help please.
