Bought the wrong Premium Theme

I mentioned this in another thread under the same topic, but it may have gone unnoticed, so thought to start a new one for clarity.
I followed a link sent to me by CS, and didn’t even check which one I had been linked to. As a result, I accidentally bought Pinnacle, when of course I needed Virtue Premium.
What can I do? I really can’t afford to buy another theme right now. Can I just delete this pinnacle download, promise to never use it anywhere, and exchange for the Virtue Premium instead? I dropped CS an email, but I guess it was the weekend so perhaps it hasn’t been seen yet.
