I feel like I asked about this somewhere, but can’t find it here or on the FB group, so will ask here…
Brands pages… including a description is great. Useful info for visitors and great for SEO, but… can we not have that appear below the products instead of in the title section?
Some brand descriptions have more story to tell then others. But, if it’s a lot of info… that means the visitor is presented with a screen full of text as the first thing they see, especially on mobile, instead of getting straight down to the business of showing them products.
Even more of an interruption for repeat visitors who have to scroll past all the text they’ve most likely read before.
So, bump this text to below the products (like the extra info you can add to the bottom of category pages) or maybe, have a short description box for the title area, with a read more that scrolls down to the bottom to read the rest?
If there’s a quick n dirty way to achieve this, I’d love to know. 🙂
