Breadcrumbs: change default Homepage to Posts page

I have a static home page and a separate posts page.
At the moment, by default, the breadcrumbs structure is:
Home >> Category >> Post
I would like ‘Home’ to be replaced with my ‘Posts page’
Is that possible?
- The forum ‘Kadence Theme’ is closed to new topics and replies.
