Build query based on user input

Hoping somebody can point me in the right direction. I’d like to be able to allow user input of a number (Form Block?), use that number to build a query of products (custom post type w/ ACF), and then output matching products with the Adv Query Bock (perhaps modified with some PHP code).
Is this doable, or am I thinking about it the wrong way? Thanks!
