Can not update theme

Hi,
I have a problem for update the theme since version 3.3.5. When I go to Appearance>Themes>Virtue – Premium>update now. I always get the error (could not remove the old theme). It happens on my live site(site5 host) and my localhost(my laptop). I login to KADENCE THEMES site I see only version 3.3.6 for download. In WordPress, the current of your theme is 3.3.8. My question is “How can I get update from your theme?“.
