Cannot activate virtue-toolkit plugin

When I attempt to activate the virtue toolkit I get the following response:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare kad_accordion_shortcode_function() (previously declared in /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/themes/pinnacle_premium/lib/kad_shortcodes/general_shortcodes.php:33) in /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/virtue-toolkit/shortcodes.php on line 3
I have tried setting all files in the plugin to 777 but it does not nothing. Any ideas how to fix the fatal error?
