Cannot erase Facebook like iFrame from header

Hello,
I tried to insert a Facebook like button iFrame to my page (Theme Options > Header and Footer Scripts) but now I want to delete it. However there is always a problem when trying to update/erase the code. I have code for Google Analytics in the Insert Headers and Footers -plug in, and tried to deactivate it and then erase the iFrame, but it didn’t work.
What could I try next?
