cannot upload Kadence plugin

Hi,
I have downloaded a Kadence plugin for a Virtue premium version. I work on Mac. When I upload it clicking on ‘Add plugins’ button, I have multiple files and cannot upload any of them.
Trying to upload importer.css (hope it is the correct file for uploading) I have a message:
Installing Plugin from uploaded file: importer.css
Unpacking the package…
The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
After that I have downloaded virtue_premium_2
Unfortunately, I have the same picture, – I am not able to upload it!
Could you please help, I am a very beginner!
