Hello,

I am trying to install virtue_bold theme and virtue_premium.zip to my WP theme however, the error massage ‘Missing a temporary folder.’ kept popping up. But I see folder when I check from file manager (please see attached images). I’ve tried both virtue_premium.zip but seeing same error message. Would you tell me why? Thank you!
