Centering Layout and Images in IE

Hi:
I finally have the site I have been working on live 🙂
A couple of questions please.
1. I believe I centred some bullets on *Login to see link and on *Login to see link and *Login to see link but they only appear to be centred on the residential page. I would like to have them centred on all of the pages and would appreciate your feedback.
2. I am aware that IE can be “different” than other browsers. That said, if you look at any of the pages above in IE and on Firefox or Chrome, on IE, the image of Visa and Mastercard (For your convenience we accept:) is not appearing. Do you have a suggestion as to how I can get it to show in IE?
