Centering Site Tagline – Below Logo

Hi
The site tagline centres by default on mobile – is there any way to centre it on desktop?
Also, I’d like to increase the space between the tagline and the logo.
(The spacing options in the logo settings only increases the space between the baseline of the tagline and the bottom of the header)
Please advise.
