Certain Google Fonts not loading; issues rendering some Google Fonts

Hi-
I’ve been trying to load Exo 2 in the typography section, but when I do, it only goes to default font. I’ve set it to Exo in the meantime, but the client really wants Exo 2.
Also, when it was working before, the crossbars of the letters would intersect and cause it to look broken/choppy, especially on certain weights.
What can I do to fix this, please?
