Change of Product Image Size Display After Updates

Hi!
Recently I did an update of Woocommerce as well as of Virtue Premium theme. Then I noticed that the Thumbnail images of our products on the home page got completely out of proportions. I was trying to fix it in the Woocommerce Settings (also an update there and the Display function moved) – it just works to change the size of the images but they are out of order (not aligned as before which reflected the different sizes of products).

You can see the sizes of the real products on the slideshow picture where there are the 3 different sizes taken beside each other.

If every update is going to throw out the proportions of the images then it’s a bit painful.
