Change position of featured image inside a post

Hi,
is it possible to change the position of featured images inside the posts? They are always above the headline.
I want to place it inside the posts and under the headline. The solution found on this forum with dropping the image into the post and turning off the featured image from showing in the header is not working for everyone and I will explain why. I’ve just set up Facebook Instant Articles for my blog, and Facebook Instant Articles plugin is displaying this error message from the server: “Repeating Cover Image and First Image: The cover image and the image ‘….jpg’ seem to be the same or almost the same image. Please consider removing or replacing one of the images”. Facebook Instant Articles is becoming very important right now (almost like a revolution), I would appreciate a solution to this.
