Change “Previous” and “Next” text in single post navigation

Hi,
I have a client who wants to change the “Previous” and “Next” text in the single post navigation. She basically wants me to swap the text so “Previous” points to the newer post and “Next” points to the older post. Is this possible and if so, how would I go about doing it?
