Change 'Read More' Button Text

Hi
When a product is sold out the button on it changes from ‘Add to Basket’ to ‘Read More’. Is there a way to change the ‘Read More’ button text to ‘Add to Basket’? I have a Waitlist plugin that helps me to capture demand for out of stock products so I would like customers to click through even if the product is out of stock.
