Changes to Breadcrumb color in Customizer not taking effect when published.

Hi, When making changes in the Customizer (Design panel for various layouts e.g pages, custom post types etc) changes made to breadcrumb font color can be selected and saved in the color picker but once published the changes do not take effect and revert to inherited font color. Many Thanks
