Changing from Elementor Start Up to Guttenberg on nearly completed site

Hi,
After choosing the Print Shop Elementor Start Up Templates I find only the home page is using Elementor.
I now realise I should have started with the Guttenberg Start Up Templates.
Would it be best to rename all my pages with a prefix, in order to identify them as Elementor and then load in the Guttenberg Print Shop Start Up Site and create new pages with the content from the old Elementor pages. Or is there a neater way to do this, in the code perhaps?
Or is it the case that I just change the home page and the site is effectively a Guttenberg based site once the Elementor plugin is disabled?
