Choosing a default title for custom tabs

Hello, when I create a custom tab for the products page, it automatically name it “custom tab”, and if I want to change the title of the tab I have to change it manually for every single product in the products page setup.
Is there a way that I could customize this tab title for all of products at once and have this title as default for new products? For instance “Nutrition Facts”.
