Client disappears on me

A client has had some difficult life challenges and have basically disappeared on me. I used your Ascend theme on their website under my Kadence license. Their website will expire July 4, 2019. Is there anything I need to do related to using my Kadence license for their site at this time or just wait until the site expires?
