Close space between logo and primary menu

I am trying to close the space between the logo and the primary menu.

I have 4 more items I need to get on the primary menu.

I think the space between the logo and primary menu would be of service.

1) How do I close the space?

2) Additionally, how to I wrap the text on 3 of the primary menu items?

3) Lastly, how do I make a few of the menu items display as static with no link to any page. It would just serve as a title that would show a dropdown menu.
