Color Is Not Getting Filled In The Whole Section

I have created 2 column row.
In 1st column, I have an image and in 2nd column, I have Text and button.
I want to color the background of the 2nd section (with the text).
When I am doing so it isn’t getting filled properly.
Here’s the screenshot below!
Any Solutions?
