Conflict plugins kill my admin loading time

Hi Kadence Team,
i wish to reset my wordpress admin because i have tried to do a lot of things to make it function normally like before i install ton of conflict plugin(i have deleted all the conflict plugins) but my admin panel still function not right, i have my full site backup, but how to import my product and blog to a fresh admin?
