Contact forum not sending email

My contact form is not sending a email. I cloned this site from another site I made with the VP theme. I have gone to
wp-admin/profile.php
on wordpress and updated the email address there but I am not getting a email when I use the contact forum. I am using the contact forum built into VP theme. Is there something I am missing? This is sort of driving me crazy as I do not know why it is not sending. I have confirmed the new email address.
