contact page template forms sometimes not delivering

Hello,
In more than one website the emails from the form of the contact page template sometimes work and sometimes don’t.
I really don’t know if this is a problem with the theme, the host or wordpress.org, so any advices would be useful.
Do you have any thoughts on how I could start to tackle this problem or any turnarounds? I’m hosting at Godaddy, by the way.
