Creating an Anchor Link that Opens an Accordion Tab on Another Page

I’m currently attempting to create an anchor/jump link that opens an accordion tab. My service pages will essentially be one page for each service and instead of having separate (detail) pages I wanted to include my content within accordion tabs. However I’d like those tabs to be linkable from other areas of that page, other pages, and different menus, opening the appropriate accordion tab. I have tried to do this with typical anchor text. This gets me to the appropriate page, but not inside the tab. Is this possible with the Virtue theme? Thanks in advance for your help!
