CSS to control All windget menu

I’ve created a number of menus that are used in different combinations across multiple pages. They are being inserted as a custom Menu Widget in pagebuilder.
I’m looking for the sample code so that I can control
Font,
Font color,
Hover Color,
from the CSS Child Template so that it will control all menus on all pages.
